Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Support production teams with technical troubleshooting.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data and identify root causes of process issues.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• CAD or manufacturing systems experience is a plus.
