Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Data Engineer to bridge manufacturing operations, industrial automation, and modern data engineering. The role focuses on collecting, transforming, integrating, and analyzing operational data from industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines for manufacturing and industrial environments.
• Extract data from PLCs, SCADA, MES, historians, databases, and IoT platforms.
• Build ETL/ELT workflows using Python and SQL.
• Integrate operational technology data with cloud and enterprise systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Implement data validation and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with automation, manufacturing, IT, and data teams.
• Support predictive analytics and digital manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, industrial technology, or related environments.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES, IoT, or industrial data systems preferred.
• Power BI, cloud platforms, MQTT, OPC UA, or industrial historian experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data integration and analytics.
