Job Description

The Controls Engineer will design, develop, troubleshoot, and support industrial control systems used in automated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify PLC control programs.
• Design and troubleshoot automated control systems.
• Support HMI and SCADA development.
• Perform system testing and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical and controls-related issues.
• Develop control documentation and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and software teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Experience with PLC programming.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms.
• HMI/SCADA experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
