Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform laboratory testing and analysis while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable laboratory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Analyze specimens and validate laboratory results.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Document testing activities and results accurately.
• Identify abnormal or inconsistent results and perform troubleshooting.
• Follow laboratory quality control and safety procedures.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Required certifications or licenses must be obtained where applicable.
