Job Description

We are seeking a Research Associate – Molecular Biology to support laboratory research, molecular biology experiments, sample analysis, and assay development activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience and strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, purification, and electrophoresis.
• Prepare and analyze biological samples according to laboratory protocols.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and experimental documentation.
• Support assay development, optimization, and validation activities.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant laboratory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment.
